Minnie Bell Tutt

Ms. Minnie Bell Tutt is the daughter of the late Rachael Mae Tutt and the late Ellis Taylor. She was born on February 12, 1947 in Lincolnton, Georgia.  On  Monday, June 13, 2023, an angel went into Mary’s room at Piedmont Augusta in Augusta, GA and took her to her heavenly home.

She  accepted Christ as her personal savior and joined the Newberry Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. She attended the public school system in Lincoln County. 

Minnie loved fishing, cooking, gardening and listening to gospel music. She was known for having a green thumb. She loved her son and grandchildren beyond measure.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings: Stella Mae Tutt, Henry Clark Tutt, Jessie Thomas Tutt, Taylor Tutt, and Mary “Pop” Wooten.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving son, James Arthur (Shavon) Morgan of Lincolnton, GA;  two grandchildren, Adams Emmanuel Morgan and Gabriel Eve Morgan of Lincolnton, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
