Beth Darlene Terrell Edwards entered the world on August 18, 1966, in Newark, NJ to Mrs. Johnnie Mae Lewis and the late Mr. Bobby Joe Hairston. She was the baby girl of her siblings.
Beth accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Greater Level Hill Baptist Church. On the eve of August 14, 2024, Miss Dee greeted her angel and took flight.
Affectionally known by several nicknames Miss Dee, Tweety-bird, or the popular P-Diddy!
Miss Dee loved children especially her son, Xavier (Panga) and her baby boy that preceded her in death was her world. She stood proud when talking about Xavier. Ms. Dee was small in stature but she had a big personality!
She received her education in the Greene County Public School System. Beth worked at the poultry in Athens, GA, and then went on to become a CNA. She married her love, Mr. Willie Edwards on August 18, 2023.
Beth was preceded in death by her son, Dominique Terrell, her father, Mr. Bobby Joe Hairston and both sets of grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Willie Edwards, her son, Xavier Terrell, her mother, Johnnie Mae Lewis, two sisters, Roana Cotton and Vanessa Terrell all of Crawfordville, GA; two brothers, James (Valerie) Terrell of Washington, GA, Andre (Valeri) Terrell of Union City, GA; a step-son, Willie Edwards of Union Point, GA; several nephews, and two nieces; two aunts, Vearlene Bates and Kasandra Smith Davis; and a host of other family members.
